Product Description
P84 Filter Bags are high-temperature filtration media made from polyimide (P84) fibers using a needle-punched process. The fibers feature a unique irregular, leaf-shaped cross-section that significantly increases surface area, forming a dense pore structure for efficient surface filtration. Dust is primarily captured on the filter surface, enabling effective cleaning and stable pressure drop during operation.
Designed for demanding industrial environments, P84 filter bags offer excellent resistance to high temperatures and chemical corrosion. They provide reliable fine dust collection, low emission levels, and long service life, making them well suited for pulse-jet dust collection systems operating under harsh conditions.
- High Temperature Resistance: Continuous operation up to 260 °C, with short-term tolerance up to 280 °C
- Chemical Stability: Good resistance to acids and alkalis (pH 2–12), with strong oxidation and corrosion resistance
- High Filtration Efficiency: Effective fine dust capture, low cleaning pressure, and stable pressure drop
- Mechanical Durability: High fiber strength with good abrasion and flex resistance for extended service life
