Advanced Material Engineering Our fiberglass filter bags are constructed using high-density Woven Fiberglass or Fiberglass Needle Felt. Because raw glass fiber is naturally brittle, we utilize a sophisticated multi-stage finishing process. This involves treating the media with PTFE (Teflon) impregnation or acid-resistant coatings to lubricate the fibers, preventing self-abrasion and significantly extending the mechanical life of the bag.

Surface Technology & Performance To meet modern environmental standards, we specialize in PTFE Membrane Lamination. This “surface filtration” technology ensures that dust particles are captured on the outermost layer rather than embedding deep within the felt. The result is a smooth, non-stick surface that facilitates effortless dust cake release during pulse-jet cleaning, maintaining lower differential pressure and reducing energy consumption for your fan systems.
