Yuanchen’s Polyester felt is manufactured using high-speed needle-punching technology, creating a dense, uniform fiber matrix that ensures high filtration precision even under heavy dust loads.

    • High Mechanical Integrity: Polyester fibers are naturally tough. These bags can withstand high-frequency pulse-jet cleaning and the physical stress of rough dust particles without losing their filtration density or structural shape.
    • Superior Surface Treatments: To overcome its natural sensitivity to moisture, we offer specialized finishes. Treatments such as Singed, Calendered, Water & Oil Repellent (Oleophobic), and PTFE Membrane allow Polyester to handle sticky or slightly damp dust that would blind untreated felt.
    • Static Dissipation: For explosive dust environments (like flour, wood, or coal), our Antistatic Polyester integrates conductive stainless steel or carbon fibers into the felt to safely discharge static electricity.
