Yuanchen Technology’s PPS Filter Bags are engineered using high-performance polyphenylene sulfide fibers, making them the premier solution for high-temperature, high-moisture, and chemically aggressive industrial environments. Renowned for their exceptional chemical stability and superior hydrolysis resistance, these filter bags are widely utilized in coal-fired boilers, waste-to-energy plants, and power generation systems, ensuring consistent filtration efficiency even under the most demanding conditions.

- Excellent Temperature Resistance:Capable of continuous operation at temperatures up to 190°C (374°F), with an instantaneous surge capacity of 230°C, effectively managing thermal loads during industrial fluctuations.
- Superior Chemical Stability:Demonstrates outstanding resistance to acids and alkalis across the full pH range (pH 1–14), making it the ideal choice for filtering flue gases with high sulfur content.
- Outstanding Hydrolysis Resistance:Unlike polyester or Nomex fibers, PPS maintains high mechanical strength in high-humidity flue gas environments, significantly extending the service life of the filter media.
- Natural Flame Retardancy:With a high Limiting Oxygen Index (LOI of 34–35), PPS fibers are inherently self-extinguishing, drastically reducing the risk of internal fires within dust collection equipment.
- High Filtration Efficiency:Utilizing advanced needle-punching technology combined with surface treatments like PTFE impregnation or membrane coating, our PPS bags can achieve ultra-clean emission levels of <10mg/Nm³.
